Albert Whitted Airport is a public-use, city-owned facility in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida. It is located east of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and covers 119 acres of land with two asphalt paved runways.
Albert Whitted Airport is named for Lieutenant James Albert Whitted, USNR, a St. Petersburg native. He was one of the U.S. Navy's first 250 Naval Aviators.Services offered here include fuel, hangars and tiedowns and major airframe and powerplant servicing.
