Alsek River Airport is located around 60 miles southeast of Yakutat, a city in and borough in the state of Alaska. It is a public use airport, owned by the USFS Tongass National Forest. The airport was opened in May 1965 and has no control tower. It features one turf runway, which is in fair condition.
