The Ardmore Municipal Airport is a public access airport owned by the City of Ardmore, near Gene Autry in Oklahoma. According to the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, the airport falls under the classification of of a general aviation facility. It was built on the site of the Ardmore Army Air Field. The airport is a medium to large size, covering a little of 2500 acres of land. During the July 2008 to July 2009 period, the airport handled an average of 125 aviation operations a day.
