Atlanta Municipal Airport is located one mile south-east of the central business district of Atlanta, in Montmorency County, in the state of Michigan. It is a public use airport, owned by the Briley Township and Avery Township. The airport was opened in April 1940, during World War II, and has two asphalt runways. It has no control tower and is not served by any scheduled passenger airline.
