Millville Municipal Airport is four miles southwest of Millville, in Cumberland County, New Jersey. It was dubbed "America's First Defense Airport" because of the nearly 1,500 pilots who trained in gunnery practice at the airport during World War II. Interestingly it is also a setting in the television show, ‘The Blacklist’. It is a large facility, covering an area of 916 acres and has two runways. It is also a very busy facility with 164 flights taking place per day.
