The Winnsboro Municipal Airport was first activated in June of 1945 and is a public access facility which is publicly owned by the City if Winnsboro in Franklin, Louisiana. Services offered at this airport include refuelling with 100LL fuel, tie down parking, minor airframe servicing as well as minor power plant servicing. During the 12 month period ending in March 2015 there were 20 aircraft based on the field; one jet, one multi engine airplane and 18 single engine airplanes.
