In January 2023, a Florida college needed help coordinating a series of helicopter charters for a recruitment tour of high school football teams in the United States. As well as flying the long distances between each state by private jet, the client needed a point-to-point solution to visit several schools within a few hours on each leg of the tour.

Our regional offices worked together to source the best available helicopter in each location, including a Eurocopter EC-130, Bell 407 and AgustaWestland AW109C.
We then liaised with the university’s risk management team to arrange the necessary insurance coverage for each charter.
As well as the helicopter charters, we arranged private jets to transport the scouts from state to state.
